If a package is refused and returned to us due to high taxes and or duties applied by your local authority, refund will be applied back to the same credit card used at the time of purchase once the package has been returned to our facility. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not take responsibility for any items confiscated or lost along the way. If a package is returned to us after 60 days of the original purchase date, a refund cannot be applied.
Domestic orders from JuicyMist.com may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the exception of the products listed below. In order to return or exchange all or part of your order, you must contact us.
All returned merchandise must be in absolutely new and unused condition and in the original packaging including accessories, bonus extras, etc. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Once the return package has been received and examined by us for completeness, the correct refund amount will be issued back to you in the same payment method made when placing the order. Any discrepancies or damage must be notified to JuicyMist.com within 3 business days of delivery.
We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please note that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
